Introducting Lara, our foster cat. Although it's difficult to let her go 😢 it's time for her to find a home, not just a foster house. She's been with us for 4.5 weeks now. She was extremely scared when she arrived. It took a lot of time and some quality 1-2-1 to get her to this stage - being able to be near humans. She's still very scared but she's come such a long way. She needs patience but the rewards are beautiful ❤️ albeit in small steps.

RIP. Divine passed away this morning. I photographed her in Paris in November 2019 when she was 11 years old. I received such a lovely message from Divine's human remembering the photoshoot and how much they cherish the photos even more so today. I'm glad we managed to capture a variety of expressions, even catching treats - and missing a few 😉 - with her wonderful floppy ears and beautiful robe.

A bit chilly today? It's okay just put on your lovely and warm cardigan.
Dog photography, just as with any type of photography, is not just about taking photos, great light and good composition, but it's also about editing. Editing to make your photos more fun and more creative. I enjoy personal projects like this one. The previous image posted yesterday is not photoshopped, this one is.

Dogs have wonderful expressions and they have many of them. I see so many dufferent dogs on Instagram with the same expression all the time - just different background or different accessories. Although I love props very much, they don't make a dog's personality. I'm on a mission to capture all dogs' exceptional and wonderful expressions. They make funny and loving memories to cherish forever.
Tip: set your camera on Burst mode ; you might catch an interesting expression.
