On October the 4th my family (including me and Rio!) will be taking part in the London Memory Walk as a team for my late mum ‘Maggie’ to raise money for all those affected by Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

It’s a heartbreaking way to lose someone so any donations would be hugely appreciated to enable us reach our target and help to support other families going through this difficult journey ❤️

Back doing bands again soon till then here’s a few of my lovely Mum who sadly passed away last Saturday

She had dementia so it’s been a very long goodbye but a lot of these photos made me smile, especially the first couple from the 50s, 60s & 70s.

An amazing woman who I will miss immensely but will remember with many happy memories ❤️
