I am a Bristol based commercial photographer, I work with companies to communicate messages and values that are unique and important to each individual business. Working as a professional photographer in Bristol may be easy as you see it. Outside of taking the photographs, my job is about understanding the businesses that I work with. Each of my clients have different needs, goals and stories to t

ell. The uses and styles differ from client to client, but the process to achieve great photography that helps you communicate with your customers is the same. After years of working with different businesses, I see them all as a mix of three main subjects.

This could be either your customers having a great time, employees being rewarded for performing well, the unique product, the extra length you go to stand out, the huge warehouse or road side stall. By understanding your business model, target market, brand and marketing strategy, I am able to deliver photographs that not only look good but, photographs that are an investment in your business’s image. Minimum work duration I can be booked at either an hourly rate, half day rate or a full day rate. The hourly rate will also incur a 1 hour processing fee on top of the time spent on shoot. Areas covered: I am available for commission in the UK and abroad. I am a South West based professional photographer, covering Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Wiltshire, Cheltenham and London.

Motion blur is a great way to add a little action to your photos. You can ofter use it to turn less favourable conditions in to something interesting. 1 - Low light. 2 - Overcast cloudy day. 3 - People and traffic crowding your image. 4 - Showing your subjects movement.

You just need to slow down your shutter a little. You may miss a few shots, but you might also come away with some lovely photos.

There's nothing quite like it to convey customer satisfaction.

Particularly with customer facing businesses.

Maybe that's a smile on the face of a happy customer, maybe that's an employee that looks engaged.

Either way it’s one of the main thing I’m looking for in a customer interaction.

But equally I love to see them being used as intended.

These were part of a shoot for an interior design company.

For them, showcasing the beautiful workspaces they'd designed being use by people was important.
