While editing this video, I found approximately 37 more things wrong with myself.

My hair.
My skin.
The spot that’s appeared right in the centre of my forehead.

You know. The usual.

But nobody is looking at us the way we look at ourselves.

Nobody is pausing your reel thinking:
“God, look at that spot.”

We are our own worst critics. Show up anyway.
Your customers don’t need perfection. They need you.

(And if anyone mentions the spot, I’m sending them the bill for the amount of time I spent staring at it.)

The space is so beautiful and calming and we wanted to ensure we worked with low lighting to really capture the mood and feeling of relaxation you get from the treatments.

Low mood lighting is incredible difficult to capture by yourself with a phone, the quality drops dramatically. But these images, as well as the hundreds of others in the gallery, can be used for socials, web, and print 📸

As someone whose actual job is social media, I really bloody hate it.

“here’s the secret hook”
“3 mistakes killing your engagement”
“how to make your audience OBSESSED with your content”

Don’t get me wrong, I’ve made posts like that too. But that was before I’d seen approximately 74 billion identical reels telling me I’m one caption away from financial ruin.

Everyone has gotten so obsessed with “winning” social media that businesses have stopped sounding like actual people.

You can FEEL when content was made for an algorithm instead of a human being and I think people are knackered by it. Sometimes people just want to buy from someone who feels real.

OUT OF OFFICE UNTIL TUESDAY!

For the first time in nearly 3 years of running this business I'm having a completely unplugged break!
I'm deleting Instagram, Facebook, and Emails, and I'm switching off until Tuesday 😱

Clients are scheduled, to do list is up to date, and there's no such thing as a social media emergency 🧘‍♀️

Will catch up on emails, whatsapps, and DMs on Tuesday but until then,
