𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗮𝘁
Ever since I got my hands on a Helios lens I grew an interest in imperfections of image making. In a lot of my earlier work I was facinated with clean almost medical styles of photography. While not all images are taken with the 44-2 I did want to focus on a few of those imperfections that I would go out of my way to avoid ,in the past. In the very first photo you can see the refresh rate of the neon sign, while the second image is overblown with glares and haze, the third is a simply missed focus and lastly it's very noticible how rough the image looks due to editing a very underexposed initial file.

All around I wanted a theme that would tie all of these together that's why I looked for sceneries in the color red.

𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁
When I initially moved to Bristol, years ago, my interests for architecture began. If you follow my feed it's very noticible, that I have a certain thing for High Rise buildings. London is full of variety when it comes to architecture, at one point you are looking at a skyscraper at another into a pub that dates back hundreads of years. This collection is concentrated on the modern and covered in glass. If I said that The Matrix didn't somewhat inspire my color pallete for this post, I'd be lying.

Had some very profesional models for this portrait shoot, Maisie and Pesto, thanks to

The shoot itself was entirely done with the RF 50mm 1.8 lens. If I had to label this set of images I'd put it along the lines of macro portraits, due to the size of the subjects. When your subject is that small you get that nice background separation with the only drawback that you can miss focus easily, especially when it's a cat moving around.

While the name of this post does say cats it should be kittens now that I think of it.

Another series from Leigh Woods. I mostly tend to upload that which is in my direct surroundings, that's why you can mostly see street photography on my feed. I really do love nature, I just don't get around to seeing it that often.

But the real question is what do you guys prefer, street photography or nature photography? Let me know in the comments.

Had a very awesome experience working with , huge thanks for modeling for me and showing me some new locations. It was also very fun to play with someone else's camera and use an 85mm 1.4 lens (3rd photo), now I really want one 😃.

This time dedicated this whole collection for modern and semi modern vehicles. I do occasionally post car/bike related photography, but this time this is the first dedicated upload to cars/bikes. Let me know if you'd like to see more vehicle photography or if I just should stick to my normal random posts.
