Shortlisted for the World Food Photography Awards!

My “Purple Veg” image has made it onto the shortlist and I am genuinely so proud of this moment.

This was such a surprise moment for me. It is my first time entering an international food photography competition, with a little nudge from Emma Dunham, my amazing photography mentor.

This was a last minute decision to take the shot. It proves that you do not need fancy equipment to create something powerful.

This image is all about celebrating colour, texture and the quiet beauty of everyday ingredients. Proof that even the simplest food can tell a story.

Thank you for all the support on this journey. It truly means everything.

Who BBQs in winter? We do.

It is harder to light. It is harder to shoot. The food photography takes more patience.

None of that matters. The flavour is deeper. The smoke is richer. The whole experience lifts the mood.
