The Paris Catacombs are an underground ossuary, 20 meters below ground, holding over 6 million human remains.
Today, a 1.5 kilometre route is open for the public to tour, just a fraction of the catacombs.
It’s dark, damp and quite harrowing walking through the catacombs. Knowing that all the bones and skulls are in fact real people. However, it’s also very fascinating.

It’s been another long while since I’ve posted anything on here. My outings have been fairly non-existent, however I went to Howletts Wild Animal Park yesterday and had an absolute blast. Went away with some semi-decent photos.
