A little update from me ❤️
I know I’ve been very quiet on here for the past few months, and I feel it’s time I finally shared a little update.
The last few months have been a difficult chapter for me personally. I’ve had to take quite a big step away from something I genuinely love, my photography, while dealing with some personal circumstances and taking care of my health.
Stepping away was never something I planned to do. Photography has been such a huge part of my life for so long. I’ve been incredibly lucky to capture so many beautiful families, babies, milestones and memories over the years.
Sometimes life simply has other plans, and these past few months I’ve had to put myself and my family first and give myself the time I needed.
I also want to sincerely apologise to those who have been patiently waiting for me. I know there are messages I’ve been slower to respond to, things that have taken longer than they should have and, in particular, some prints that are still waiting to be posted.
I haven’t forgotten about you ❤️ I am trying to get back to full speed.
All outstanding prints will be posted next week. To those of you who have been waiting, I am genuinely sorry it has taken me this long. I’ll also be popping in a little voucher towards one of my Christmas sessions as a small thank you for your patience and understanding 🎄📸
And for anyone who already has a session booked in with me, please don’t panic! ❤️ Nothing has changed with your booking. Your sessions are still going ahead as planned, and I’m really looking forward to seeing you and getting back behind the camera fully.
This time away hasn’t changed how much I love what I do. If anything, I think it’s reminded me just how much photography means to me.
The good news is... Im easing back in, although at a slower pace ❤️
And when I return properly, it will be with a clearer head, a full heart, lots of fresh ideas and a beautiful new space to welcome you into alongside the wonderful Cutesy Co.
Maybe this unexpected break was something I needed. A chance to reset, look after myself, remember why I fell in love with photography in the first place and think about what I want this next chapter to look like.
I’m still taking things one day at a time, and I’m still finding my way back. But for the first time in a while, I’m genuinely excited about what’s ahead.
To everyone who has checked in, sent a kind message, waited patiently, continued to recommend me or simply quietly supported my little photography business from the sidelines, thank you. You probably don’t realise just how much that kindness has meant to me during some really difficult months.
This was never an ending. It’s just been a pause before a new beginning.
A fresh space. A fresh chapter. And it will get a happier, healthier me behind the camera ❤️
Thank you for still being here.
Here are a few pics of some of my biggest supporters, my reasons to smile and my favourite mountain to date ❤️
