Nunhead
Having recently bought a Fujifilm X-T2 (from those nice people at Park Cameras), I sent my X-T1 to Advanced Camera Services for an infrared conversion.
The converted camera was the perfect excuse for a photo project: London's Magnificent Seven cemeteries in the spring. To date, I've done six of them with Highgate the one to do.
Luckily the light has been quite good for my trips – too sunny and the effect is too harsh even for me, too cloudy and there isn't enough IR radiation around, although the effect can be very moody too
Most were taken with the Fujifilm 14mm f/2.8 lens and a few on the 56mm f/1.2. The 14mm does not hot-spot, but the 56mm does at smaller apertures.
Raws were put through Lightroom and Silver Efex Pro 2 to give me the sort of result I loved getting from Kodak's High Speed Infrared - I kept grain levels lower than the film though.
