It's 3 sleeps to Christmas, and we don't think we could be more excited! The boys are with their Dad and I am in Snowdonia... climbing Wales' tallest peak with two broken arms.

If 2022 has taught me anything it's to cherish those tiny special moments that happen every day. Some people journal, some people do gratitude lists (looking at you, ) but for me that means capturing those little memories on camera in a way that makes your eyes sparkle and your face light up.

Because I believe that life goes by too fast, and our little ones grow up sooner than we ever thought, and there is not going to be another moment like this of D & A sitting in the studio. Maybe I'll have the privilege of photographing them again next year, but they will be entirely different people.

Some of you will know that I had a bad accident at the end of November, and broke both my arms.

However, before the forced bed-rest, I had the pleasure of shooting and editing this gorgeous mini photoshoot for D & A who were absolute sweeties in the studio.

Although I had to cancel all photoshoots for the rest of the year, I am so pleased that I could deliver this gallery, specially when the photos were a gift for Nan. Family is so important, and I hope they cherish these childhood moments for years to come.

My family has been particularly wonderful while I've been convalescing. From doing all the school pick ups/drop offs to housework, I've never been more grateful for my family.

Do I spy engagement season round the corner?

If you're planning on popping the question, you should hire someone to capture the moment.

After all, it only happens once. Even though in my case I proposed to him while we were knee-deep in the ocean. So maybe don't listen to me.
