Ive always loved taking pictures for as long as I can remember.

Before it became my business I used to have fun experimenting and these are a blast from the past as I'm looking through my archive.

I took my brothers miniature toy to one day and just had some fun creating scenes where he could possible be real life. My mom loves so im sure she will love these. Probably at one point I must of shown her but these must be 20 years old maybe.

Now that my business isn't full time I am enjoying the freedom to capture photos for fun again and loving it.

Thought I’d jump on this trend. Asked chat got for a caricature of what it thought it knew about me. Not too bad to be fair. I always do a thumbs up at awards shoots when people are on stage to know I have the shot. I don’t wink mind haha

And the fox I’m not sure about unless it’s for when I designed Lloyds logo. The rest is pretty bang on although I feel like I’ve been aged lol

As the sun rises on the last day of 2025, I just want to say thank you. To every client, collaborator, supporter and cheerleader who has been part of my journey so far - your support has meant more than you probably realise.

2026 will look very different for me. Since taking a leap and changing something back in November, I now work more as part of the team at than I do within my own business. That shift means I’m stepping into the new year more as an employee than a business owner - and that’s been a big mindset change, but a really positive one. I’m proud of the decision I made and genuinely excited to see where this new chapter leads.

As we head into a new year, a gentle reminder not to put too much pressure on yourself to meet every goal you once set. Life changes. Priorities shift. And if things aren’t going how you expected, it’s OK to change something. It’s OK to choose a different path. Growth doesn’t always look like pushing harder - sometimes it looks like being brave enough to pivot.

Here’s to perspective, courage and whatever the next chapter brings.

Not long to go now until I’m back at my stall on Saturday for the Cannock light switch on. I’m really looking forward to being there again with my deer photography - and I’ve got a few new bits to share too. If you’re a fan of robins, you’ll love the new mugs and cards. They’re a lovely way to bring a touch of Cannock Chase charm into your Christmas gifting.

A little festive surprise has just landed in my favourite chocolate shop

My prints and cards have found a new home and I’m absolutely thrilled about it. You can now find a lovely selection of my Cannock Chase deer prints and seasonal cards stocked in Chocolate Treasures - my favourite chocolate shop in the whole world.

If you’ve never been in before your in fora big treat, it’s such a charming place. My prints are up along the wall ready to browse while you choose your chocolates, so you can enjoy a bit of local wildlife alongside your truffles.

It feels really special seeing these pieces out in the world - especially in a spot that means so much to me. If you’re nearby, it’s a lovely excuse to pick up something sweet and have a look at the artwork too. Perfect for gifts or a little treat for yourself.

After so many of you enjoyed my post about the deer rutting walk, I thought I’d share a few of my favourite moments from recent mornings on Cannock Chase.

There’s something so grounding about being out there - the stillness, the mist, the way the deer just appear from nowhere. It’s honestly one of my favourite ways to start the day.

Thank you to everyone who’s liked, shared, and commented recently - I’ve loved seeing how many of you also love spotting the deer around here.
