Happy international women's and girls in sports day!!

Here's to those that rock up each training session and are not afraid to sweat or mess up their hair and simply push their abilities to progress.

Women are slowly closing the gap between men/women's sport because people like you are not just showing up but giving it your all.

So whether you are a female athlete / coach or both in the sporting world ... Keep showing the world what you're capable of doing as you're inspiring young female athletes all around you!

Today I photographed the BAFA Southern Trails. It was a great day watching the best of the region perform for the chance to represent the best of the best in the region. I will be sharing some of the images in the week. But for now here's a shout out to the Cardiff Bay Coyotes Flag Football players Kris #10 and Tynan #13 that represented the team I play for today.

Hi I'm Charlotte and 2 years ago I got a DSLR camera for my birthday. I started my journey by taking photos of a local flag American football team that train in Health park 🏈 Cardiff Bay Coyotes Flag Football

I got sucked into the sport and began to play for them!! But this gave me the opportunity to take my camera to game days to capture more teams.

I'm also a cheerleading coach for NOVA Cheerleading Academy and was a cheerleader myself for 8 years. I now help Nova create routine and capture them in their showcases. The parents love seeing their children shine on a digital image that is not blurred due to the speed of the motions.

I'm now looking to capture more teams, more sports and maybe venture into the local business world.
