Llongyfarchiadau i Miss Yapp a oedd wedi llwyddo gorffen y ras sbrint ym Mae Caerdydd heddiw fel rhan o'r triathlon Caerdydd yn 1:37:48.

Congratulations to Miss Yapp who completed the sprint race in Cardiff Bay as part of the Cardiff Triathlon event in 1:37:48.
