Then and now! 🤣 what a glow up! When I look back on photos I took five or six years ago I cringe with embarrassment. I thought just because I had a fancy dslr camera I was now a “proper photographer” (like most people who dabble in photography 😱🤣).
I am my own worse critic, but I can definitely see an improvement. I’m now obsessed with “good light” but clearly back then I didn’t have a clue 🤣
Even though I’ve improved massively I know I still have a long way to go. But thanks for following along with me on my journey 💕

For the past ten years I have been playing around with various graphic/photo editing programmes with an aim to one day create digital artwork which combines my own photography. Then a couple of years ago I had a conversation with my sister where I showed her a few examples of fantasy manipulation photos. She agreed that it was something I should focus on in addition to my photography.

So this is the result of my journey so far. For my friends and family, do you recognise who is sitting on the log?

Welcome to my page. My name is Nicola and anyone who knows me will tell you that for a long, long time I’ve wanted to turn my passion for snapping photos into a reality.
