Today we’re celebrating Pride Cymru and the LGBTQ+ communities, artists and stories that continue to shape culture in Wales and beyond. 🏳️🌈
We’ve long been proud to support LGBTQ+ artists whose work challenges perspectives, opens dialogue, and creates space for diverse voices to be seen and heard. From our Trans Gathering photowalk to our growing LGBTQ+ collection in the library, inclusion and representation remain central to our practice.
We’re also proud to continue our Pink Portraits 2026 project, highlighting LGBTQ+ lives through collaborative portraiture and storytelling, alongside sharing the work of artists such as Roman Manfredi, whose practice explores identity, community and belonging.

Rydym wedi bod yn falch ers tro o gefnogi artistiaid LGBTQ+ y mae eu gwaith yn herio safbwyntiau, yn agor trafodaeth, ac yn creu lle i leisiau amrywiol gael eu gweld a’u clywed. O’n teithiau ffotograffig Trans Gathering i’n casgliad LGBTQ+ cynyddol yn y llyfrgell, mae cynhwysiant a chynrychiolaeth yn ganolog i’n gwaith.
