This was my first time out shooting street photography at night in quite a while, and I hadn’t realised just how much I’d missed it.

The sunny weather has been lovely, of course, but when you’re hoping for moody night shots, it’s a bit of a joykill! A wet evening transforms the city: reflections appear everywhere, the colours come alive, and ordinary moments suddenly feel cinematic.

It was genuinely good to be back out there with the camera.

We spent three lovely days staying in Llandysul and exploring a bit of the coast - Newport Sands, Aberaeron, Aberporth and Cardigan.
Wales really is beautiful. We’re lucky enough to travel a lot, but this was such a lovely reminder that we have some incredible places right here on our doorstep. Good views, fresh air and one very happy dog — what more could you want? ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Been carrying the little Lumix GF2 around a lot lately. Easy camera to just walk with and shoot without overthinking things.
