Oh the tempremental weather of the British summer. A few weeks ago in August I met up with these two lovely people to explore a forest and capture a few photos of our time together in preparation for their wedding this month. Of course, a true brit knows never to the leave the house without the security of some water-proofing.. and thank goodness we didn't. Midway through sitting in a wide open grassy field we had discovered, it poured. No, not just a shower, poured. bucketed it down. the heavens opened. However you would choose to describe it, the rain arrived. and we all got a little wet, but it also made for some wonderful fun umbrella shots!

Roll on September 24th when this beautiful pair get hitched at the breath taking Glanusk Estate, Crickhowell. Elen and Carl, I am so looking forward to celebrating your day with you!

One sunny Sunday afternoon in June I took a little forest wander with these two wonderful people. Ana was literally only a few weeks away from the arrival of their sweet little daughter so we grabbed a few shots of her beautiful bump just in the nick of time! Just wait until you see the little treasure that arrived a few weeks later!

Yesterday I spent a wonderful evening exploring the streets and riverside of pretty little Crickhowell with this great pair. Peter got in touch with me a few months ago asking about arranging for a surprise Birthday photo shoot for his beautiful wife, Beth... and yesterday we got to make that happen! This is a couple who are evidently very much in love and have very genuine hearts.. a complete pleasure to get to know them a little! There are many more photos to come but I wanted to share a few before the end of today, and to wish Beth a Happy Birthday!

It's the last day of July already!! This month has flown by. I had the complete joy and luxury of being able to take a few weeks break away in Greece this month, soaking in some glorious sunshine and taking in some beautiful views and sights! Where have you planned to seek the sunshine this summer?

Hitting the road runnin' already with 3 sessions this week, so plenty to keep checking back for. Watch this gap, friends, some beautiful couples, exciting parties and gorgeous newborns will be making an appearance soon!

At a wedding recently we stepped out for 5 minutes to grab a few snaps of the kids looking pretty dapper and fancy in all their wedding attire! They genuinely created some of the best facial expressions I have ever seen. Priceless.

A little lunch time treat for you all. I'm sure many of you have already seen this video that's been circulating around facebook this last week, but it's definitely one to watch..

This is one of five public pianos that can be found at the station for anyone to sit down and play.Henri Herbert, a keyboard player with the Jim Jones R***e, decided to give an impromptu performance for his fellow bystanders. ||

What a crazy musical genius!! Creativity and the desire for expression and communication is harbored in all of us in some way. To be courageous and allow the gifts and talents locked within us all to be displayed for the world to see and enjoy would be an extraordinarily beautiful thing, don't you think?! A little personal post this Friday evening... today is my parents Wedding Anniversary!

They are celebrating 33 years of marriage and life together today, amazing! In a day and age where marriage is often overlooked, commitment wavers like the grass in the breeze and the mentality of "if it's broken, we fix it" has largely been lost, I am so blessed to see my parents just as in love today as I imagine they were 33 years ago. Lush.

I love you guys, thank you for being such a beautiful example of long standing love to me!
