I’ve stood here a few times now… and it never feels the same twice.

This one though…
The sun dropping right behind the skyline, the Thames catching every bit of it, Tower Bridge just sitting there like it owns the moment.

London can be chaos most days… but then you get 30 seconds like this where everything just slows down.

Mad thing is, thousands of people were probably walking past this and didn’t even look up.

You could be anywhere in the world watching this sunset…
but this was Rest Bay in Porthcawl.

Perfect light, calm sea, and one of those skies you wish lasted longer. Glad I had the drone with me to capture it while it was there.

Sunset over Royal Porthcawl Golf Club and Rest Bay last night… just look at those colours.

I wanted to capture the atmosphere exactly how it felt standing there, warm light across the water, quiet coastline, and that deep orange sky you only get on evenings like this.

You all know I love a good beach drone shot, and this one had to be done.

Porthcawl never disappoints.

Up early this morning down at Penarth Pier to catch the sunrise, and it turned into one of those moments that just makes you stop and take it all in.

Calm water, light breeze, the sun coming up over the horizon and not a sound around. The kind of morning that makes you feel brilliant just being there.

I always think moments like this are worth capturing, especially for the people who worked late, the ones who overslept, or anyone stuck indoors this morning who didn’t get to see it.

So I sent the drone up and froze it in time.

Hard to beat mornings like this on the Welsh coast.

Cardiff Bay from above last night.

No matter how many times I fly here, this view never gets old. The lights, the reflections, the skyline… easily one of the best looking spots in the city after dark.
