A little preview from a lovely wedding day recently! ❤️

The summer heatwaves are certainly making some of the hottest weddings I've photographed to date, but that doesn't stop us from smiling through the day, these two made the most of every moment together with their close family/friends.

Farm Open Days

Looking forward to being back behind the camera at the Farm Open Days again this week.
A great initiative from Westmorland County Show & Agricultural Society.
Farms create an incredible outdoor learning environment; hands-on, memorable, and full of opportunities to connect young people with farming, agriculture, and the journey from farm to fork, with plenty of fun along the way.

Excited to document the smiles, the curiosity, and the stories that make these days so important. Will your children's school be attending?

Happy Father Day
I spend a lot of time photographing big moments, but it’s often the small ones that stay with people.
Father’s Day feels like a good reason to share this, taken on my own wedding day.
One of those in-between moments that probably felt chaotic at the time, but now means a lot. The helping hand, the vintage family tractor, the laughter along the way…that’s the power of photography: preserving not just how things looked, but the people who helped you get there.
Here’s to the dads and father figures behind so many of life’s moments 🤍

Countryfest Crooklands is just 1 week tomorrow and I can’t wait to photograph this great event once again and see lots of you lovely visitors enjoying a great day out!

A weekend of live music, amazing local foods, craft and shopping marquees, great atmosphere and of course the Shetland pony racing is back!
