Sorry it’s been quiet on here.
Crazy busy season ( when it finally started) with rescheduled weddings and then the subsequent editing.
As always I’m getting requests from schools and charities for help with their fund raising.
The answer is always yes.
All I need is the school or organisation plus the event date and name of organiser.

I thought I’d try this 3D look for a change.
I love the picture of Charlie and Becky but am not 100 per cent sure about the 3D effect.

Busiest wedding weekend of the year for me.
In four days I’m shooting more weddings than the first 8 months of 2020.
It’s great to be back if somewhat overwhelming trying to cram 16 months of weddings into 4 months.

Just one from Ellie Boswell and Jon’s amazing day.
I was so undecided about which black and white version I’d use and finally abandoned it in favour of a slightly sepia look I devised purely for the pictures I’ve been taking of the fantastic band I’ve been working with Black Honey.
I think this works beautifully here.
Is this a look I should bring into my wedding work?

Amazing opportunity!!

They are perfect for anyone wanting the most stunning family portraits you’re ever likely to have.
These are not ‘cookie cutter’ mini sessions. A backdrop this special needs a proper session where we can capture not just the people but the relationships in the family with a variety of groupings and looks. Plus as they are evening sessions ( all portrait photographers know about golden hour light) we have a real chance of simply incredible light. That’s out of my hands unfortunately.
Both families last year had wall furniture created from their shoots.
When you order a wall portrait ( from our most popular size upwards) from this shoot you will get every penny of your session fee back.

Just one.
Jodie and Daryl from earlier in the month at beautiful Mulberry House.
I’m back there again today for yet another August wedding.
Busiest month in 2 or maybe three years.
Great to be back celebrating special days with lovely couples.

Tomorrow we open this years incredible sunflower sessions.
Last year, these were the most beautiful portrait sessions I did all year. Absolutely breathtaking.
Last year I only managed to secure one evening.
Which is two sessions.
This year I’ve managed to book two evenings in August.
These are not cookie cutter mini sessions.
These are proper family sessions where i photograph several different family groupings, relaxed and gently guided. Then I do the children, both individually and together and also the couple or parent.
These sessions are very special.
I know you will want to hang the results on the wall of your house.
That’s why when you pay the £76 booking fee you will get every penny of that back as credit when you buy a 20x16 wall portrait or larger.

This was the last wedding I did while an England match was being played.
Darren and Maria had a double reason to celebrate that day with an England win.
