Is a timeless source of delight,
When you are present in its beauty,
Inspiration unfolds both day and night.

This connection is also healing,
Lending solace on difficult days,
Lifting us out of the doldrums
Giving perspective in different ways.

So step out of the material world,
And into the fields and hills of wonder,
There, you will find, a wealth of gifts,
And a source of enlightenment on which
to ponder ...
