Saturday I headed over to to take part in the in aid of and took the camera along to capture some of the ladies in action. I don’t know about the others but after back squatting nearly 5000kg I can just about manage to walk down the stairs normally.

This morning the Cotswold Historic Road Rally route wound its way just outside the village and I knew just the spot to sit and take a few photos. Here’s a 1987 Mini Clubman 1275GT making its way to the control point.

Resident Little Owl 🦉 was spotted out slightly earlier than usual. Judging by the scattering of feathers in the garden I’d say one of the blackbirds might have mean its meal of choice.

The and with their junior mascots yesterday. The younger members of the club get so much from being included in the senior sections of the club and always have the biggest smiles and looks of admiration when running out onto the pitch at the start of the match. Today’s juniors are the Badgers and Vixens of the future after all!

Well this was an extremely unexpected surprise. The Beamer Chambers Coaches Coach award. Today marks the end of my first season as a Coach having decided to hang up my own boots and I’ve had the pleasure of working with the u5/6 age group which are the youngest members of . A huge thank you to my fellow coaches for putting me forward as the first winner of this award and welcoming me open arms.
