A colourful coastline with bags of character. After leaving Monaco, I traveled through Italy, heading for the coastal city of Imperia.

The vibrant region spills out into the Mediterranean Sea and make for such a stunning coastline worth seeing. After visiting Imperia, I head to Turin. Weaving my way through the hills of Liguria and found pockets of villages nestled into the hillside.

This was my first time visiting this area. It is definitely one to visit to truly experience local culture.

Monaco weekend 🏎️

I took this collection of photos on a vanlife roadtrip the week before the grand prix. I drove around th street circuit a number of times including going up the kerbs then I parked the van on the street for €9 to walk around and take photos. You can even walk on the track and through the paddocks. After this I bought a €10 pizza and sat on the dock and watched the yachts pull in for race weekend.

Starting my trail running journey! ⛰️🏃‍♂️

From road to trail! Now that I have completed my first Marathon, I’ve decided to try something new.

After years of hiking and recently training long distance, I thought now would be best time to go running in the mountains. I’m really excited for this journey and would love to hear some tips that any experienced trail runners can give me!

Shoutout to for kitting me out with my new trail running gear! They were awesome for my first run out. I especially love the Fasthike 15 trail backpack!

It’s good to be back in the mountains! 🏔️

After months of training for the Manchester Marathon, I’ve struggled to find time (and energy) to go hiking. Now that’s out the way, I’m going to make the most of the summer!

We have so much more we want to explore, including ticking off some new mountains, start trail running and weekends away!

And of course, finishing the Campervan conversion!

Gotta go, moustache! 🏃‍♂️🥸🥇

Never did I think I would ever be completing the Manchester Marathon! 3 years ago I contracted Lyme Disease from a tick bite and my fitness was knocked drastically. After months of battling severe fatigue, I never thought the day would come where I felt like I’ve fully overcome the disease. Well this was that moment!

I’m so proud of my girlfriend / training partner .map who kept me going throughout the training and absolutely smashed it herself! 🫶🏼❤️

Thanks to for keeping me company for most of the race. It made the time fly by 😁

And a huge thanks to all the support from the brands we’ve worked with to the people that have supported us! The messages have meant so much! 🙌🏻

Now what’s the next challenge? 👀
