Last autumn, I photographed Samanta and Žilvinas at sunrise. It was an important shoot - for both of them and me.
At the time, I was thinking about moving beyond individual sessions and starting to photograph couples. They were looking for someone who could capture how they felt together.
I’m drawn to shoots like this: just two people, a place and the quiet around them.
We just spent the morning together, walking and talking.
And at some point, it all started to flow naturally.
That’s how I remember them.

Осенью прошлого года я снимала Samanta and Žilvinas на рассвете. Это была важная съёмка - для них и для меня.
В тот момент я думала о том, чтобы снимать не только индивидуальные истории, но и пары. Ребята искали того, кто сможет передать их атмосферу.
Мне близки такие съёмки: где есть только двое, место и тихое ощущение вокруг.
То утро мы провели вместе: гуляя и разговаривая.�И в какой-то момент всё пошло само собой.
Так я их и запомнила.
