Hi everyone,
Iām thrilled to share that we now have three people officially booked for our Paris photography trip this October. A huge thank you to those who have signed up!
We still have a few spaces available, so if youāve been on the fence, there is still time to join us.
Here is a quick rundown of how the trip works and what we have planned:
Travel & Accommodation
Getting There:
You'll arrange your own travel and accommodation. I highly recommend the Eurostar, as it takes you directly into Gare du Nord in the heart of Paris. Depending on what times you book, tickets can be found for as little as £55 each way.
Where to Stay:
I suggest looking for a hotel in the Saint-Lazare area, ideally close to a Metro station. Itās a fantastic, central base for our itinerary.
The Itinerary Highlights
Friday Welcome Dinner:
Weāll kick things off by meeting up on Friday evening at Pink Mamma, a spectacular multi-story Italian restaurant. Iāve been to one of its sister restaurants before and the food is incredible. You can check it out here: Pink Mamma.
Saturday & Sunday Photo Walks:
Weāll spend both days exploring Paris together as a group. Iām designing curated walks that hit the iconic, must-see landmarks as well as some brilliant hidden gems.
The Sights:
Expect to shoot locations like the gorgeous botanical gardens of Jardin des Plantes, Montmartre Cemetery, SacrĆ©-CÅur, Moulin Rouge, Notre-Dame, and of course, the Eiffel Tower.
Sunset Cruise: Included in the price is a river boat trip, which I plan to book right around sunset for that perfect golden-hour light.
Fueling Our Creativity:
Donāt worry, there will be plenty of coffee and pastry stops along the way, and hopefully a classic Jambon-Beurre (ham and butter baguette) or two!
Wrapping Up
The official workshop concludes after dinner on Sunday evening. However, if you need to catch a late train back on Sunday night to be ready for work on Monday, you are completely free to do so.
If you have any questions or want to snag one of the remaining spots, just let me know. I canāt wait to capture Paris with you!
Best,
Andy
