Thought it was time to bring a little more colour back to my grid. I’m literally sat on months and months worth of images, I literally can’t keep up 🤣 I don’t know what you guys want to see next. Here’s a shot I took last summer from a lovely sunrise at Eastbourne Pier. The sun was in the perfect position rising and casting a lovely golden glow on the crashing waves on the shoreline.

I would love to know what you guys think of this one…

It’s only taken me 5 years to find a clean undisturbed woodland that has a good carpet of bluebells. I am so pleased with how this image turned out with the subtle light beaming through the trees on the edge of the forest casting lovely long shadows. I did think that this particular location would be full of excited photographers running around like headless chickens but I only came across two brilliant photographers who I have followed and watched their YouTube videos for quite some time now. Thank you so much and for letting me stick with you guys and share the craft that we love and enjoy so much. And to top it all of we were graced with an amazing sunset which led all three of us to race through the woods to get the shot of the fiery sky before it quickly disappeared.

Misty morning over the South Downs a few weeks ago. I had no alarm set, absolutely knackered but for some reason I ended up waking up at 5am. Attempted to get back to sleep but it wasn’t happening I decided to think of some location a that I might have been able to get some nice vantage points over the downs. What I was presented with when I arrived at location was the most incredible blanket of mist rolling across the landscape creating unique scenes every few seconds as the landscape appeared from under the mist.

Bit of a different image that I’m used to posting. This image was taken last summer in Essex. My aim was to locate a meandering river catching some soft side light as the sun was setting. At first glance it’s hard to work out quite what you’re seeing leaving it up to the viewer to interpret the image based on cues they can find within the image.
