This month is mental awareness month.

I’m delighted to have been involved in this event in St Albans on Thursday last week.

We are looking to run a regular event to invite people to break from the usual commitments and find a quieter space with likeminded people looking for the same.

How we can support each other and open up ideas that can support mental health are thankfully better understood.

My strand of knowledge is around therapeutic photography. If you’d like to know more about this please do get in touch 📷

Baby & Child First Aid

We all hope we’ll never need first aid knowledge... but knowing what to do in those scary moments can make all the difference 💛

We are joined on Monday by Mini First Aid for a Baby & Child First Aid session, giving parents and caregivers the opportunity to learn valuable, potentially life-saving skills in a relaxed and supportive environment
