Hi guys I have not posted any thing for a while. I decided to put up two shorts films/videos I made with a group of very gifted and talented people. During my second year of Uni. I really wanted to become a fashion photographer, David Bailey and Avdeon inspired me a great deal. I still wanted to be a theatre/portrait photographer. During our second year we were given the task of combing photography with other arts form, this could have been graphic designers, painting etc. I decided I would like to create a video where you as the viewer were able to see behind the scene of how clothes/fashion was being created. From the original ideas to from the actual drawing of the designs to how they were made until you saw the final product. I was working for two clients on their final year of their degree in Fashion.Kristy and Laura . I met the loverly ladies and we discussed ideas. Kristry we decided we would create her video but have the screen begining cut into two there fore, you can see the final product and how it was being created you as the viewer witnness the jounrey. Also there would be a graphic design of her logo and brand, there you can see her work as art. In kristy video she request that there be no music as she wanted to present this video and speak about her work. Which i respected. While Laurn wanted the behind the scene video with music and were provided that for her.
I was very lucky . I had two talented fashion designer who produced great and beautiful work and a brilliant graphic designer who helped create the cut screen of kristy work. I had a great editing team with me where we work well, bounding off ideas from each other, which clips worked and which did not, I truly loved working with everyone on this project a lot of Fun. FUN, creative is what I live for. I would not mind in the future to go into projects that require video for clients or even have an production company or work behind the lens in film-makering. I am young and starting my career, I love being creative and exploring my imagination. The arts is what makes me happy, being positive colourful and connecting to the world and people.These videos might be theatre/ fitness videos or other interesting projects. I truly value this experience. Thank you for listening.###x
