The end of the my US trip was a couple of days around NAS Oceana, a brief stop to see a couple of carriers at Norfolk and a quick stop at Langley AFB.

Nice to tick off a couple more airbases on my list and see some US Naval assets

The Great American Bulldogs!

Today is Sundown for VMA-223’s Harriers

A real privilege to spend time with the Bulldogs a few weeks ago in the build up to their Sundown. An honour to have the chance to document the final days of USMC Harriers, and spend time with the pilots and maintainers that keep these legendary aircraft flying.

For me, to be around the Harrier with the access the squadron allowed us was phenomenal, and something I could never have dreamt of. Hearing the stories from people who fly and work on the jets was special, seeing the passion and emotion everyone has for the aircraft really brings home how special the Harrier is

A big thank you to all at VMA-223 and wish you all the very best for whatever the future holds
