Promoting Breast Cancer Awareness.

Over 150 people are diagnosed with breast cancer everyday; regularly checking your breasts for lumps and bumps can be vital to finding breast cancer early. You should look for dimpling, puckering of the skin, a change in shape of the ni**le or inverted ni**les and redness or swelling around the breast. Breast cancer can effect both female and males so I’m not just speaking to the gals on this one, lads get feeling too !
