In association with Will Wareham Photo
I've known Will now for many years, whilst I was living "down on the farm" in Dorset. He has always shone as a genuinely lovely human being and when meeting his fiancée for the first time, I could only hope that he had fallen on his feet and found a soul-mate that shone half as bright.
Well, I needn't have given it a second thought. I was welcomed with warmest affection and the most radiant smile. It's easy to say, Lilla sparkles just as bright and I'm sure Will won't mind me saying, is just as pretty; pretty as a picture, in fact.
An immense & sincere thanks to Will Wareham for sharing this privilege with me and once again for capturing some truly ethereal moments.
We took a trip out to the farm to see ❤️ Lilla & William ❤️ before the wedding day, on one beautiful July afternoon recently. It is always lovely to have this opportunity, to meet up with a couple, to chat over wedding plans and to place their minds at ease. This often gives Will & I an insight into the type of relationship that we are to play witness to. What is not quite so common is to conduct such a meeting, with trouser legs rolled high, wading a chalk stream, bathed in dappled afternoon sunshine, with minnows nibbling at your toes.
Immediately, it was apparent that Lilla & Will were truly & deeply, and just a little bit madly, in love.
The wedding day came, two families were made one and the world became just that little bit smaller...here are a just a small selection of our favourite photos from the day:
