Jen's She Is Risen Photoshoot was blissful. On a warm, sunny spring day, she immersed herself in the beautiful Dorset Woodland. Climbing trees, recreating branch shapes with her hands, you could see the conversations she was having with nature.

She felt totally safe and held within the photoshoot to simply express her love of being outdoors, and feeling free.

Her session began with a short hike to a beautiful pond, where we settled down for some breathwork, mediation and reiki.

Consulting Angel cards before settling into the photoshoot. Bare foot throughout, I gently encourage and observe, helping you to step out of your head and into your heart space - taking photos to capture moments between moments.

A glorious day for Sara's, She Is Risen Photoshoot. In a much loved woodland clearing. Sara, a highly talented healer and kinesiologist felt naturally drawn to it.

She adores being outdoors in nature and soon began to simply feel the sun on her face, getting out of her head and to move her body as she listened to its music.

Comfort was a word she wanted to embody in her shoot and she embraced this with shots cosied up in her gorgeous knitwear.

Her shoot was joyous, intense in parts then serenely calm in others. A beautiful day.

When you are ready to step into a sacred, safe space with me to create time for you to exhale, release and rediscover who you really are.

Here are some FAQ's

1. What do I wear?
Anything you feel incredible in, if your package has the option to change outfits, then bring several. I've photographed women in full on viking attire, in the woods, ballgowns and diamante in the sea, bikinis, flowing dresses, even nudity (where safe and appropriate) The choice is yours and if you want to change it up depending on how you feel, then go for it!

2. Where do the shoots take place?
I am based in the beautiful county of Dorset along the South coast, primarily we would choose a location to suit you around Dorset, whether that be coastal or woodland, moors and heathland or the simplicity of your own home, but it's usually somewhere in nature. However, I can come to you, send me a message to discuss logistics.

3. What if the weather is awful?
Unless its a full on storm that is unsafe to be in, or you really don't want to be photographed in poor weather conditions, the shoot will go ahead, I have gear to suit most conditions, my camera can be protected. Can you imagine throwing your head back to embrace the rain? However, shoots can be rescheduled to suit your requirements.

4. What is Reiki?
Reiki is energy healing. I am a 'hands off' healer, connecting with your shoulders at the beginning and your feet at the end of the session. You may feel a variety of sensations or none at all, each person receives it differently. It's a beautiful treatment, to put you back in touch with your body and to give it space to heal itself.

5. Will my photos be on your social media or website?
Not without your express written permission. I love to curate images from each shoot and perhaps share your story to inspire and empower other women, but that is entirely your decision.

6. I am just not sure how I'll be in the shoot, I know I want to do it but what if I feel too silly/shy/insert your thought here?
It's rare as adults we feel entirely comfortable in front of a lens. These shoots are different. The Reiki session works wonders, and we take things at your pace, I'll simply observe, make suggestions and before you know it you will be running around laughing or crying with the fun and joy of it all! I act as your 'visual conductor' so I will guide rather than direct.

7. How quickly do we get to see the images?
I send a sneak peek within 24 hours and the remainder approx 1 week later.

8. How much does it cost?
I have three types of session to choose from:

The 'Awaken' Session
• Ideal for: Women curious about the blend of healing and imagery.
• Includes:
• 20-minute grounding Reiki energy clearing.
• Upto 1-hour intuitive outdoor photoshoot.
• 3 professionally edited high-resolution digital images. Option to buy more

• Ideal for: A deep-dive transformation and a full branding/personal gallery.
• Includes:
• Reiki chakra balancing session (pre-shoot).
• Upto 2 hours immersive "visual conductor" session in a wild location.

• A bespoke "Soul Mantra" inspired by the session.
• Options to buy more
• Price: £375

• Ideal for: Significant life transitions (post-divorce, milestone birthdays, career shifts, just because)

• Pre-session consultation and intention setting.
• Half-day (Upto 3-hour) retreat-style experience including Reiki and intuitive messaging.
• Multiple locations and outfit changes
• A bespoke "Soul Mantra" inspired by the session

9. How do I book?

Send me a DM or email: [email protected] letting me know which session you would like and a few dates.
A 50 % deposit is required to secure a date with the remaining payment to be made one week before your shoot.
