Muiread Kelly - Photography Wedding and portrait photography all around Northern Ireland. My passion is to produce photographs which are unique to each and every client.

Muiread Kelly is a talented photographer from Downpatrick, Northern Ireland. In 2008 Muiread graduated from the University of Wales, Newport, with a degree in Documentary Photography. Muiread specialises in portrait photography, where she incorporates her skills as a documentary photographer with her ability to relax and capture natural moments with her subjects. Using her wide range of camera equ

ipment and knowledge of Photoshop, Muiread produces the perfect images for her clients. Muiread Kelly is experienced in a variety of photographic categories, including:

Usually at a wedding we don't know anyone but the bride and groom but for Jonathan and Catherine's wedding we felt part of the furniture. Jonathan and Catherine wanted to have the ceremony local and choose to have their reception as a barn dance with all their closest family and friends. The effort that went into this day was beyond any of my expectations. I loved it all from start to finish and could have stayed all night with them.
Catherine's brother Ryan made the heart arch for the reception entrance from sheep feeders. Thank you Jonathan and Catherine for having me and sophie capture your day.

What an absolutely stunning day (except for the rain) we had at Matty and Tina's wedding. I can't fault for their service and facilties. Matty openly admitted that he hated getting photos but we soon got over that problem, with a little help from a hip flask.
Tina had us all blown away by her stunning princess dress which no one was expecting. Here is the smallest of peeks at their amazing day. I can't wait to show them the rest...

When Ciaran and Leanne asked me to capture their intimate wedding on one of the sunniest days of the summer with their closest family I was more than happy to be asked. These pair were so ready to have a fun day planned exactly how they wanted it. What a lovely little family and an amazing couple.

Who doesn't love Summer, sun, sea and smiles. What an amazing day we had at Nicola and Lochlainn's wedding. I knew this day would be great when they said they both volunteered at the Lifeboat in Newcastle and said it had to be a stop on the day. I never laughed so hard as I did at bridal prep with these ladies so Sophie and I knew we were in for a fun filled day. Then when we see father of the bride has his own back garden bar, we were certain that the craic would be mighty the whole day. Thank you both so much for having us capture your day Nicola McConkey

What can I say about Lisa and Martin's day. I have photographed their kids for many years now so 3 years ago when Lisa booked me for her wedding I was very honoured. I knew it would be organised to a "T" but to also have the most chilled out bride and groom was a lovely bonus. Fun, memories and family was the most important aspects of this day and boy did it deliver. Martin and Lisa had their ceremony at . It was lovely to work along-side again and we went for photos and videos at Dundrum Castle. On return to the hotel the music was lively and the laughter was in abondance. Thank you so much for having us capture your stunning day

Another glorious Spring wedding was captured last week. Stephanie and Michael had said they wanted intimate, relaxed and family orientated photos and so thats what we went for. Little Noah had us running in circles but I would guess they wouldn't have it any other way. I just loved this families style, how stunning did Stephanie look in her ivory suit!?!? If all 2026 weddings go like this one then I am a happy photographer and looking forward to a great season.

What an amazing day full of fun and laughter and football!!! Caroline and Jordy planned their day so well to include family and friends to celebrate and enjoy a fantastic day. It is lovely to see how important the kids where throughout the day and it was so nice to incorporate them in through their photos.
