💙 Pilates & Reflexology is now available to book in reception💙

We are looking forward to welcoming Katie on the 20th September, and 18th October.

Sessions one starting at 09:45 till 12:50
Session two starting at 13:30 till 4:30

This will include a 1hr Pilates session at The Lakes, followed by a 15miniute reflexology session per person.

Please bring your own yoga mat.

£30pp payable on the day.

We’ll provide gloves, litter pickers and rubbish bags, all you need to do is turn up and help make a difference.

So gather your courage, bring a torch, and prepare to step beyond the safety of the daylight. Listen carefully, watch the shadows, and stay close to your fellow walkers… because you never know what you might encounter between the trees. The darker it gets, the more exciting the walk becomes…
