On Saturday I had the pleasure of shooting the wedding of and at the fantastic

The gardens and grounds at Bowburn are looking fantastic right now and really added to this wedding, nevermind the appearance of Holly and Cameron’s gorgeous pup!!

We had such a laugh with this wedding and a cracking day was had by all!

Last week I had the absolute pleasure of photographing the wedding of and .maughan98 at The Story in Durham and then back to

The weather was fantastic, everyone was outside in the gardens loving the blazing sunshine! It can make photography a little trickier but it was an absolutely lovely day for all of the guests, like a massive family gathering. The kids played and ran around, the adults had a good drink and a good laugh, what more could you want!

It’s been a busy old week with 4 weddings in a row so far! On Wednesday it was the beautiful & Joe in Northumberland. After the last few weeks I was a little worried about the weather, but we got a cracking day of sunshine and warm enough to be outside - today that seems silly to say with how warm the last couple of days have been!

Friday’s absolutely stunning bride was a bridesmaid at a wedding I shot around 11 years ago, followed me on Facebook and kept an eye ever since until finally it was her turn to get married and I was so, so happy when I got the message from her to ask if I was available to shoot her wedding!!��An unreal day in the sunshine in Durham - some glorious sunshine kept all of the guest in good spirits and meant the outdoor space was used to its full potential!��In all my 15 years of shooting weddings I think this was only the 2nd time I’d seen limbo dancing, but my god - everybody was involved this time and everybody wanted to have a go!!��Fantastic working with the dream team of suppliers at this one, not least my second photographer and the videography team

This was a very short notice booking just last Tuesday for the wedding of .evans19 & Alex that took place at The Story in Durham with the wedding reception at the on the riverside.

When I met Lauren & Alex we talked about having a little walk around in Durham and the weather held for us so we did exactly that, taking in some of the main landmarks and spots before heading back for the reception.

After some emotional speeches and some great food the party really got started as did the dancing!!

A lovely day for the wedding of Emily & Barry.

The bridesmaids reveal was a lovely moment with the ladies waiting outside the french doors of Emily’s room and the big reveal of the curtains opening!

A change of clothes for the evening changed things up too!

An unusual request from the boys for a ‘wall’ group shot 🤣🤣 ⚽️ poor Anth, the best man, drew the short straw for lying on the floor!!

Stunning day yesterday with & Lee and all of their family and friends!! Some magic, literally, from Paul Lyton as well as some other amazing suppliers made for a fantastic day.

Big thanks to groomsman Joe who made the cut here as he helped with a load of shots along the way (photos that is, not drinks).

Huge thanks to Tom, Lucy, Jevan and all the other staff at Bowburn Hall who helped me out, were polite, brought me food and drinks and were just generally lovely people - always a pleasure shooting here!
