I had the photographic shop next door and had a compulsory movement so that it could be developed into flats even though I’d had it as a photographic studio The developer was desperate to get Kerala flavours as well ( they both had large gardens …so plenty of space for flats ..my studio is now further down the road at 267 Seaside by Beach Road
