Ever wondered who photographs the photographer?

Chloe Rose Perry Photography came to Studio 48 this week and we swapped roles — she got some shots of me in my element, camera in hand, doing what I love. And I have to say, I'm pretty glad we did.

Meet Chloe and her gorgeous girl Florence, who is nearly ONE. 🎉

Chloe is a talented photographer herself (CRP Photography) so it was such a joy to turn the tables and photograph HER for a change! They came into Studio 48 in matching dungarees — honestly the cutest thing I've ever seen — and Flo was rocking the most adorable denim jacket with her name on the back.

We did try to get her in a pair of sunglasses. She had opinions about that. 😂

These Mummy and Me sessions are so special — Florence is right on the cusp of that wonderful sitter stage where they're full of personality and completely unpredictable, and honestly that's where the magic is.

Sometimes life is hard. And sometimes, the best thing you can do for yourself is step in front of the camera.

Lately things have been a bit tough, and I decided to do something about it — I called in the very talented Chloe Rose Perry Photography and we spent a morning in Studio 48 just... having fun. No agenda, no pressure. Just me, good light, and someone who knew exactly how to make me feel like myself again.

I can't tell you how much I needed it. And I can't believe how good it felt.

Better late than never — meet Eli! 🎈

These images have been sitting in my gallery making me smile for months and it is well past time I shared them. Eli came to Studio 48 just before Christmas to celebrate turning TWO, and honestly, what a session it was.

Balloons, big smiles, and all the toddler energy you can handle. Eli and his mum were just the best — he absolutely owned that studio. 🎉

This beautiful little one came to Studio 48 when they were just days new, and these images are going to be treasured for a lifetime. It is such a privilege to be trusted with moments this tender.
