Who understands that fated, destined feeling of Edinburgh on a rainy day ☁️

On a rainy day, Edinburgh’s streets and lanes—
the cobblestones glow with a soft, warm sheen.
Duck into a corner café,
where the cozy scent of cinnamon wraps around the rich aroma of a latte.
Through the window, you watch passers-by pull their coats tight and hurry along.

The spires of old buildings hide in the mist,
and in the wind there’s a hint of crisp, chilly poetry.
It turns out Edinburgh’s romance is never the noisy bustle of a sunny day,
but the gentle tenderness of rainy days—when time slows down.

No matter how long it’s been,
I still miss that rainy-day Edinburgh~

The world’s largest church, St. Peter’s Basilica, is located in Vatican City and is a papal basilica of the Catholic Church. It was built between 1506 and 1626 and is one of the most important symbols of the Catholic Church. As the most outstanding Renaissance building and the largest church in the world, it covers an area of 23,000 square meters and can accommodate over 60,000 people. The central dome has a diameter of 42 meters and reaches a height of about 138 meters. In front of the church is St. Peter’s Square and the Via della Conciliazione. Although it is neither the “mother church” of all Catholic churches nor the cathedral of the Bishop of Rome (the Pope), St. Peter’s Basilica is still considered one of the most sacred sites of the Catholic Church.
