This Saturday I've got a stall at flea market. I'm flogging some candles, candlestick holders, old props, picture frames, vintage cameras, books and a few choice dresses and shoes. Come and take advantage of my s**t bartering skills. Making some space at home and in the studio to play. Hoarding is a terrible affliction. ⁠

In the plotting phase for several different work things. Which seems to involve lots of scribbling on random bits of paper and, today anyways, sitting about in my pants watching the football with all the windows wide open, admiring the sun flashing shadows of the leaves onto my skin.

I love summer.

And this year I’m taking a couple of breaks over the next month or so. Time to ponder in different spaces, away from the desk and all that. I can’t put so many stumbling blocks in my own way when I’m some place else.

I’m also having a big clear out at home and at the studio because I literally put blocks in my way. Hoarding s**te in cupboards and all over the studio which is stopping me from having space to fully play. I have a cupboard at home full of slowly rotting dark room chemicals and I can’t get in it for random crap piled up. There’s no space on my desk for making things cos of all the props and things I keep cos I’m sure they’ll come in handy ‘one of these days’. But I need to clear some space for all these new things.

I’ll have some camera gear I never use and a few random things to sell in stories on here soon-ish but first I have a stall this Saturday at the drill hall flea market so pop by if you’d like to rummage through my trinkets and the like. Think it’s 10-4.
