Our photography studio was founded 18 years ago and offers maternity, newborn, baby, child and family photography. About the Studio
A trip to our studio is an exciting day out for the family to create magical memories that will be captured forever. If you have never been to a photography studio before, you may not know what to expect. Our Studio creates a relaxed atmosphere, specifically designed

to put you at ease during your photography session. While our studio area is set up to capture those milestone family moments, creature comforts are at hand too, with a comfortable seating area, kitchen and toilets. So, if Mum and Dad need a rest or baby needs a feed, we have it covered. The studio is a blank canvas which is transformed into your own setting. We discuss your session in advance so when you arrive at the studio it will already be set up to your specifications. All you need to do is step into the studio and enjoy the experience. The studio setting allows us to create superior quality photographs in a controlled setting. After all, we want to provide quality photographs for you to cherish forever. One of the benefits of photography in the studio is we control of the elements. No matter what the weather outside is doing, the studio remains a serene and consistent environment. For young children, the studio is a great safe environment with fewer distractions compared to the outdoors, their focus is in the room creating genuine and natural expressions. The studio is fully equipped with everything we may need so that the focus can be 100% on baby’s session. Planning Your Visit
Request one of our brochures for Newborn, Baby Plan or Cake Smash Sessions. We recommend that you book 2-4 months ahead of your baby’s due date or birthday. During this time, you are free to arrange a visit to the studio to familiarise yourself. We will advise you on what you need to bring for your baby’s session and answer any questions you may have. We look forward to seeing you in the studio soon.

I've been so bad at sharing sessions this year that I'm honestly not even sure anyone is seeing my posts anymore! 😅 Is anyone out there?
Either way, I have so many gorgeous sessions waiting to be shared. Apologies to all of my lovely clients who have been patiently waiting to see their images featured here!
I couldn't wait any longer to share this beautiful maternity session, especially now that their gorgeous baby girl has arrived. 💕
And can we just take a moment to appreciate how absolutely stunning Stefania is? ✨ She made maternity photography look effortless and completely radiant even if she wasn’t feeling it at times.
I'm so excited to meet their little girl this week. There's something extra special about photographing a family during those final weeks of pregnancy and then getting to meet and capture their precious new baby soon after. It's one of my favourite parts of what I do.

" Baby Imogen"

Baby Imogen’s mummy knew from the very beginning that precious pup Mabel had to be part of their newborn session 🐾
I always treat dogs as siblings during newborn shoots because they absolutely are part of the family. Capturing the very start of their journey together is just so special.

Baby Imogen was an absolute dream to photograph — so chilled, giving us the sweetest little smiles, and I was completely obsessed with her chunky arm rolls 🥹

These early days go so quickly, and I love preserving all those tiny details and beautiful family connections forever 🤍

Stefania & James’s Wedding at Carlowrie Castle

Finally getting around to sharing Stefania & James’ beautiful wedding from earlier this year 🤍
January really tested us — one of the wettest (and coldest!) weeks — but these two didn’t hesitate for a second when it came to stepping outside. That kind of spirit always makes something special happen, and it truly did.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Carlowrie Castle, their day was the perfect blend of Scottish and Italian — full of warmth, style, and so much heart. It was such a joy to photograph a celebration that felt so personal and intimate, with a small gathering and many more there in spirit.
Having captured James’ brother’s wedding a few years ago, it meant a lot to be asked back to document another moment in this family’s story. Those returning connections are always the ones that stay with me.
A day full of laughter, meaningful moments, and love that carried through every part of it 🤍

" Blake's 5th birthday Cake Smash"

Lovely to meet Blake and his wonderful family for his 5th birthday celebrations! 🎉

I absolutely love these sessions with older children, cake smashes aren’t just for turning one! Every birthday is a milestone worth capturing, especially as they grow up so quickly!

Blake fully embraced his Spider-Man theme 🕷️🕸️ and had the best time diving into his cake—such a fun, energetic shoot from start to finish!

And of course… we had to finish with some bubbles for that extra bit of magic ✨🫧

Here’s to celebrating big personalities, big milestones, and lots of cake 🎂

' Baby Leo'

Leo couldn’t wait to meet the world 💛
Arriving 3 weeks early, this little one made quite the entrance. We waited until he’d grown a little stronger before capturing these moments—and it was so worth it.

In between hospital visits, we managed to squeeze in this special session, and it was truly heartwarming to welcome this lovely family back into the studio. Having photographed big brother Nico as a newborn (and his 2nd birthday last year!), it was so special to see him step into his new role.

He was so gentle with his baby brother… just adorable 🥹✨

Happy Easter!

It’s taken me so long to share this… but it feels like the perfect session for Easter weekend.

Isn’t she just the cutest little bunny? 🐰

Welcoming beautiful baby Evie — it was so special to see this lovely family again as they celebrated their second little one.

Baby Evie kept us on our toes but we got there in the end, and it was so worth it.

And big sister completely stole my heart — so caring, gentle and full of love… even after a little unexpected surprise 💩😂

These early days are always a little bit wild, but so full of love.

Happy Mother’s Day 💐

One of the best parts of my job is meeting so many gorgeous mummies and capturing the love they share with their little ones. Every mummy & me session is full of cuddles, giggles, and the occasional toddler making a run for it… and I love every second of it 😂

There’s something so special about freezing those little moments between you and your children.

To all the amazing mums I’ve photographed (and the ones I will!), you’re doing an incredible job 💕

May your day be filled with hugs and slightly less chaos than usual!

There’s something extra special about photographing families as they grow. 💛 I’ve had the joy of photographing Rosalynd’s two beautiful children, Lila and Orin, since they were babies, so sessions like this feel even more meaningful.

This little mummy-and-me mini session was full of laughter, cuddles, and so many personality-filled moments. Lila’s sweetness and Orin’s playful energy always shine through, and I absolutely love capturing who they are at this stage.

So many favourite images from this session to share — it’s impossible to pick just one! Watching these two grow in front of my camera has been such a privilege. Zsofi ###

Mummy & Me Minis 💛

Lyra arrived at her Mummy & Me session with her two energetic boys after quite the journey — a 14-hour flight from Malaysia the day before! They were lucky to make it back to Edinburgh, but somehow she still showed up with the biggest smile and so much love for her boys.

And honestly… that’s motherhood in a nutshell. A little chaotic, a little exhausting, but completely beautiful.

Her boys were full of energy, cuddles, giggles and movement — the kind of moments that make these sessions so special. The real moments. The ones mums will want to remember forever. I also absolutely loved their traditional outfits, which made the session even more special and meaningful.

After the session Lyra shared these lovely words:

“Just want to say how much we have loved working with you on these photoshoots. It was chaotic but so rewarding, just like motherhood! We really appreciate your support and patience throughout the whole shooting process — you are forever so kind, and we can’t thank you enough for that.

Until next time, which I think will be very soon!”

These are exactly the moments Mummy & Me sessions are all about — capturing the love, the laughter, and the beautiful chaos of motherhood.

Welcoming beautiful baby Alba!

It’s such a special honour when families come back to me again and again, and this one is extra close to my heart. I’ve had the joy of photographing all three of these gorgeous girls now, and getting to meet their newest little sister was just the sweetest.

Alba is already so loved and completely fussed over by her proud big sisters Erin and Orla. The cuddles, the curiosity, the gentle little kisses… my heart could hardly take it. Watching families grow like this is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
