are doing some incredible work from their base in Dundee installing mobile operating rooms based on shipping containers for children in over 30 countries - some of the toughest, war torn regions of the world. We were asked to take some pictures of a selection of their operating theatre equipment at their impressive base in Dundee, where they have set up a showcase series of op rooms.

It’s such a pleasure & honour to work with people with such a passion for what they do who are making a real difference in the world.

We had so much fun creating these at the studio for at the start of the year. The talented Scottish jeweller’s brief for us was simple: to play with as much colour as possible. So to echo the geometric nature of her beautiful, intricate work and contrast it with the total matte of the studio set we incorporated our (ok, Sylwia’s 😂) love for cutting paper and for juicy, saturated colour.

We have just posted over on our YouTube a short(-ish!) film about one of Edinburgh’s art treasures: glass artist Choi Keeryong . We’ve put a link to the film in our Stories (we’ve saved it in our Highlights under ‚Youtube’). Choi has deservedly been getting international recognition recently, amongst other things he was shortlisted for the prestigious Loewe Craft Prize.

We were introduced to Choi by another stellar Edinburgh artist, and to make everything much more interesting Frances kindly offered to host the film by making it in the form of a conversation between herself & Choi.

Frances’ encyclopaedic understanding of craft is perfect, such a pleasure to hear these two chatting about Choi’s incredible work, with some unexpected quirky backstories - not all is what it seems in his pieces…

Bioliberty is an innovative Scottish tech startup that has developed robotics to assist therapy in the healthcare sector - and we are thrilled that our images & films are part of that journey.

They are developing an ecosystem of wearable robotics, starting with their Lifeglov designed to help patients who had lost hand mobility after suffering from a stroke, with the robotics controlled by a central touchscreen controller, the Lifehub.

When Rowan and Conan got in touch with us, this was the first time we had worked with a robotics company. We made a mix of interviews filmed at their offices in the National Robotarium as well as product photos & videos captured in our studio. The team talked about their unique product, show it in practice but also provide instructional videos for doctors and patients who would be using the robotic gloves.

Little did we know that our photo/video shoot in Edinburgh Robotarium will coincide with a visit by the First Minister and that they will be featured in the The Medical Futurist’s Top 100 Digital Health and AI Companies to Watch in 2026. What a fantastic ride! Bioliberty are truly pushing the boundaries of what is possible in post-acute recovery and rehabilitation.

It was a brilliant adventure to work with this dedicated team, see their skills in practice and collaborate with these talented engineers on capturing imagery and clips to showcase their mission to help people regain their independence after mobility-limiting injuries & conditions.

Here’s a wee medley of clips that we made for the awesome new fashion brand . We already shared some photos from the same shoot, but we made some video clips at the same time. Multitasking much?

Fashion branding video is something that in the past we haven’t been doing that often, but we had so much fun so if anyone would like us to more, please do reach out!

Thank you also to Clara who was the perfect stylish model to cooperate with to show off the modern, minimal designs.

A highlight of the end of last year was working on a series of portraits of artist which we did in two phases - first taking a series of studio portraits of her and images of her artworks, and then a second wave where we projected the initial images and brought Jennifer back with her artworks in a play with 2D and 3D.

The result is a portrait of both Jennifer and her artwork at the same time.

All that took a lot of patience on Jennifer’s part, but we think our sweat and her patience it was all worth it!
