Second shot for Scottish Wedding Photographers ✨

Edinburgh City Chambers might be right in the middle of one of the busiest parts of the Old Town but there’s always a quiet corner to disappear into. That’s one of my favourite things about photographing weddings here.

You can step out onto the Royal Mile, wander down a close you’ve probably walked past a hundred times, and suddenly it feels like the whole city belongs to just the two of you.

Sophie + Macauley, married in the heart of Edinburgh and then off exploring some of my favourite little corners of it. ❤️

Giulia & Michele at Mondelli Stable ✨

A beautiful ranch in the heart of Basso Friuli that makes you feel like you’ve been transported somewhere else entirely.

It was a very warm May afternoon, everyone had travelled to celebrate these two, and luckily the golden light, open fields and drinks waiting for us made the heat absolutely worth it!

Everything about this wedding felt so authentic to G&M. Relaxed, full of personality, surrounded by the people they love and SO much joy ❤️

One of those places where you could spend all day looking at the details. The marble staircase, rooms full of paintings and old books, dinner by candlelight.

But for all the grandeur, this day felt wonderfully intimate.

Off to Mondelli Stable we went, with his bike, their everyday clothes and ended up with the most glorious sunset too.

I think this is probably my favourite thing about pregnancy sessions.. they really don’t have to look like pregnancy sessions. You don’t suddenly have to dress differently or become a different version of yourself. 💕
