Lenny, our Club President would like to thank all our members for their fantastic support during the (very busy!) 2025/26 season. We're hoping to see you on June 28th at 1pm at the annual barbecue held at Roseisle Beach (just past main car park). Family, partners, children etc are all welcome. Food is all provided, just bring refreshments and yourselves!
If we don't see you there, have a great summer and we'll see you when the 2026/27 season begins on Tuesday 1st September. (Venue tbc).

Our next SPG get-together will be this Saturday at Elgin City Football Club for our Annual Member's Awards Night.
Starting at 7pm upstairs. there will be a raffle, (& bar). It's a very enjoyable evening as members are presented with their certificates from the club competitions.
£6 tickets on the door.

Julie's excellent image EVE won Best Creative Image at the Grampian Eye Photography Competition.
Ann's 2 certificates were for 1st place in Digital League Rd2 - Wildlife and 3rd place overall in the Digital League.

An unforeseen issue at UHI meant we couldn’t meet there last night. Thank you to Moray Sports Centre who even with short notice helped us out with a meeting space. We are appreciative & grateful.
After covering the issues with UHI, Lenny moved on to share the congratulations & thanks passed on to him by participating clubs on a most enjoyable Grampian Eye experience. He also thanked all those involved for their enormous contribution to ensuring the day ran smoothly.
Tony will be sending thank you emails to all the businesses who supported us.
Tony also presented Julie with her GE cup and trophy for her fantastic creative image which scored a 20! Congratulations!
As Ann is soon wending her way to Australia & won’t be at the awards night, Lenny presented her with 2 certificates for 1st place in Digital League Rd2 - Wildlife and 3rd place overall in the Digital League. Well done Ann!

There is NO meeting next Tuesday so our next get-together will be at our Annual Awards Night at 7pm, 9th May at Elgin City Football Club upstairs in the Hospitality Suite. Tickets are £6 which can be reserved via messaging or emailing Debbie and paid for on the night. Tickets will also be available on the door.

The following Tuesday 12th will be the AGM & last meeting of 25/26 season. Venue to be confirmed. It would be great to have as many members there as possible so we can all have a say on how the club goes forward, particularly in reference to election of new members &/or re-election of committee members.

Lastly, we have some of our member’s prints being shown at the Dallas Dhu event next Saturday 2nd as well as a table about the SPG. Please support if you can & we need volunteers to help at our table even if it’s just for an hour. If you know you can help please let Lenny know (turning up on the day is fine too!).
