Wherever we go, they bring smiles, so much energy and just enough sass!
Our latest shoot captures just how much we enjoy capturing gorgeous portraits, relaxed candid photos, silly faces (always a must.. they usually result in some awesome natural smiles afterwards too!!) and as these 2 have an amazing ability to find ladybirds wherever we go, a close-up bug shot as I'm sure it will be a talking point many years from now!

Outdoor mini sessions are great for all the family and I like to think of them as me joining you for a snippet of your day out rather than meeting for a formal photoshoot 📷

❓Why do you need a professional newborn photoshoot?

1. So you can all get in the photo! How often do you grab a quick selfie with your new baby, an unflattering photo of you sat on the sofa or realise you're just not in the photos. A professional shoot will capture the whole family together in a flattering way making you feel comfortable and fall in love with the photos.

2. If you have a pup, they're so welcome in the studio to join in! I have lots of safe ways to include animals in our photoshoots. From adding a paw to the hands photo, to snuggling in on the family group. If we need to shoot 2 photos, one of baby and one of pup, and pop them together afterwards to keep everyone safe, that's also absolutely fine. Don't leave them out of the experience, it's no stress =)

3. You don't need to prepare anything as I have everything we might need. From a huge variety of swaddles and blankets, to headbands, teddies, baskets and more. Not only do I have lots of props to choose from, I have been photographing babies for over 10 years so you can be safe in the knowledge your baby will be safe, well cared for and posed in a comfortable way.

3 great reasons to book a newborn shoot, never mind the fact you come home with the most precious photos to get framed and on the wall! 😍

Orchard Mini Sessions are less than 2 weeks away 🍎 if you want gorgeous relaxed family photos like these 😍

Meet me in Haddenham on 19th September for this years Orchard mini sessions. Suitable for small family groups, pets included. Our outdoor seasonal mini sessions are a fantastic way of capturing professional family portraits whilst having fun in the outdoors! Think of it as more of an adventure than a photoshoot.. hiding behind trees, reaching high into the leaves, piggyback rides and cuddles to warm up., all whilst capturing the most beautiful photos to share and enjoy!

We had some photos taken at an orchard and she was the kindest and most welcoming person that instantly put my 5 year old and 2 year old boys at ease. Dont forget I do birthday mini sessions!

Celebrating birthdays of all ages is a great reason to capture professional portraits! If you did the cake smash photoshoot when your baby turned one, why not continue the celebration each year with one of our mini sessions?

Themed using one of our birthday backdrops or we can incorporate your birthday ideas, some past decorations have included glitter, confetti, space themed props, rubicks cubes, fugglers, a tea party with favourite teddies, a giraffe party as they were feeding giraffes for little ones birthday treat... there are so many ways we can have fun and capture gorgeous photos each year whether your child is turning one or in double digits!

These minis are perfect for one child, all decorations are provided and they are a short 20 minute studio shoot which is plenty enough time to have fun and capture the smiles!

❓️ When should I book my newborn session?

​The ideal window is within the first 3 weeks, while babies are super sleepy and easy to pose.

​However, every baby is welcome! I photograph newborn sessions up to 12 weeks old and will work with your baby to make the photoshoot bespoke to you, at a pace that suits your baby and incorporating props and poses that are suitable.

Beyond 12 weeks, I recommend booking an Older Baby Session and we can capture smiles, eye contact and different poses.

The diary does fill up in advance especially if you require a weekend session so please book ahead of time if you can. We will pencil your due date and provisionally book a date within 14 days. This is flexible and I will hold time in my schedule in case baby is early or later than planned.

If baby has already arrived and you're worried you've missed out, I do have last minute spaces come up so please get in touch for availability.

So excited to see Zoe again this morning. It's been 6 months since our newborn session and as part of the popular 'Watch me Grow' package - the sitter session is the next milestone 🥰

The first year package is loved by so many of my newborn families as it captures so many changes in that first year. From sleepy newborn to smiley sitter and celebrations for baby's first birthday to finish! 🎉

A quick Christmas update this morning 🎅

I love following this lady for some good bargains but she's right. Theres some things definitely worth paying for.. newborn photos being one them 🥰

2 gorgeous newborn babies in the studio today, one at 10 weeks and she brought her pup brother a beautiful Shiba Inu and the second baby gorgeous Willow at 10lb she shared all the cuddly goodness and brought her 2 big sisters who I also photographed as babies ❤️

August is now fully booked but I have a few more shoot spaces for Sept and October if you're expecting, you can pencil your due date with a deposit now - no need to wait till baby is here x
