Congratulations Charlene, you're doing great!!
So many people want to do their lives differently but don't know how to. They want to take ownership of their lives and be emotionally robust rather than feeling emotionally overwhelmed, but they don't know how to.
The good news is that changing how we think about our lives is always possible. Sadly, many of us don't know how to do this, believing that things and people make us feel how we feel. Charlene thought this too but really wanted to make a difference in her life, but she didn't know how. She got in touch with me.
Charlene is doing so well, and her change is transformational; she is learning that thriving becomes a lifelong habit. It's a lifelong, thriving habit we can learn to achieve once we know how.

"I was struggling with my life again, feeling like my mental health was worsening. I was starting to feel really bad about myself and very anxious.
I had tried so many different things before, like hypnotherapy and counselling and even went to see a well-known couple that you might have seen on daytime TV, who help people with anxiety.
Nothing worked until my Auntie suggested I speak to Kate
Then the rest was history.
I brought the book and started my sessions with Kate, who understood how I was feeling but also put me on the path to a positive change in my thinking.
Being uplifting and positive for others is easy, but doing it for myself was the most challenging. I needed more help there, but it became easier.
I now feel happy and confident standing at the school gates. I enjoy taking my children out. We have been to the seaside together. I have even been climbing the trees at Go Ape and never had any unhelpful thoughts.
I'm so proud of how far I have come. I recommend The Thrive Programme and Kate to anyone who feels that their emotions are overwhelming."
