Kate Patterson The Thrive Programme is suitable for those who want to supercharge their lives. In our current situation I work only with people via Zoom or WhatsApp.

Those who want to lose weight, stop gambling or stop smoking and those who have fears and phobias, particularly fear of flying, exams or being sick, anxiety, depression and stress will also benefit greatly. The programme is also useful in helping people who have eating disorders such as emetophobia, bulimia and IBS. If you don't feel great about yourself and lack confidence, you find it difficult

to relax, or you worry a lot about everything and life looks and sounds scary then the Thrive Programme would be ideal for you. Working on line enables me to work with people both nationally and internationally .

Congratulations Charlene, you're doing great!!

So many people want to do their lives differently but don't know how to. They want to take ownership of their lives and be emotionally robust rather than feeling emotionally overwhelmed, but they don't know how to.

The good news is that changing how we think about our lives is always possible. Sadly, many of us don't know how to do this, believing that things and people make us feel how we feel. Charlene thought this too but really wanted to make a difference in her life, but she didn't know how. She got in touch with me.

Charlene is doing so well, and her change is transformational; she is learning that thriving becomes a lifelong habit. It's a lifelong, thriving habit we can learn to achieve once we know how.

Here is Charlene's story so far!👇🏻👇🏻

"I was struggling with my life again, feeling like my mental health was worsening. I was starting to feel really bad about myself and very anxious.

I had tried so many different things before, like hypnotherapy and counselling and even went to see a well-known couple that you might have seen on daytime TV, who help people with anxiety.

Nothing worked until my Auntie suggested I speak to Kate
Then the rest was history.

I brought the book and started my sessions with Kate, who understood how I was feeling but also put me on the path to a positive change in my thinking.

Being uplifting and positive for others is easy, but doing it for myself was the most challenging. I needed more help there, but it became easier.

I now feel happy and confident standing at the school gates. I enjoy taking my children out. We have been to the seaside together. I have even been climbing the trees at Go Ape and never had any unhelpful thoughts.

I'm so proud of how far I have come. I recommend The Thrive Programme and Kate to anyone who feels that their emotions are overwhelming."

We are often asked, by parents, to help their children who may be finding some aspects of their lives difficult to deal with. It may be their lack of confidence, anxiety, fears or phobias, all of which impact on the child’s ability to thrive.

However the best way to help our children to learn how to thrive is to know how to thrive ourselves. Here Andy shares his story.
