The kids are back to school, and I'm back to my solo coffee dates๐Ÿ˜Šโ˜•๏ธ ...one of the ways I like to slow down and romanticize my life...

Are solo coffee dates part of your routine?
How do you prefer to slow down for a bit?

Looking for something fun to do together thatโ€™s a little different?

We decided to put our teamwork to the test at .uk ๐Ÿ”โฑ๏ธ

With 31 challenge cells, we had to work together, think fast and figure out which challenges we could conquer before time ran out. Some were easier than othersโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ˜‚

The result? Lots of laughs, a bit of chaos, and definitely a new favourite way to spend time together.

Life is a collection of beautiful, ordinary moments...

I invite you to slide trough beautiful, ordinary moments from our weekend and tell me which is your favourite?

When the green begins to turn to gold, yellow and rust, and the days grow shorter, I find myself spending more and more time indoors... slowly transforming our home into a cosy den, corner by corner, starting with the bedroom ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‚

Bedding in autumnal colours and warm textures, candles scented with apple, wood or sweet pumpkin, stacks of books waiting to be read, and cups always filled with something warmโ€ฆ

These are the little things that make me look forward to this season...

What makes your home feel instantly cosier in autumn?

What media I consumed to feed my creative soul August edition. ๐Ÿ“š๐ŸŽฌโœจ

This month was a mix of thought-provoking stories, immersive experiences and a little nostalgia.

๐Ÿ“– Yesteryear by Caro Claire Burke โ€” a story about a life slowly lost to appearances and the pressure to keep them up. Plenty of food for thought, and I can see why so many people are talking about it.

๐Ÿ“– The Impossible Life by Matt Haig โ€” a story of grief, healing and new beginnings. I already loved two books by Haig, and this one didnโ€™t disappoint.

โœจ TIMEWALK Exhibition โ€” history brought to life in a captivating and immersive way.

๐Ÿซง House of Dreamers โ€” a playful experience that awakens your inner child and reminds you to dream with your eyes wide open.

๐ŸŽฌ And on quieter evenings, my youngest and I revisited some beloved 90s/00s family comedies โ€” The Parent Trap, Cheaper by the Dozen 2, for that nostalgic feeling of summer holidays, campsites and lakeside adventures.

Different stories, different experiences, but each left me with something to think about, feel or create from.

Now tell me, what have you been reading, watching or experiencing lately that fed your creative soul? ๐ŸคŽ
