After highlighting some of the best European aerobatic display teams, it is time to introduce you to the finest solo display teams. Of course, the pilot receives the 👏🏻, but without a dedicated team behind the scenes, none of it would be possible. 👬

From engineers and technicians to coordinators and support staff, they ensure every aircraft is prepared, every detail is checked, and every display can be performed safely and flawlessly. ✅

The pilot may be the face of the performance, but the entire team shares the credit for every breathtaking manoeuvre in the sky.

🎉 1,000 posts and counting! 🎉

Today marks a special milestone for Aviation Spotters Addiction: my 1,000th Instagram post and more than 2,500 amazing followers!

What started years ago with a simple Samsung phone at the spotting location in Marsum, near Leeuwarden, has grown into a journey filled with incredible aircraft, unforgettable moments, and a fantastic aviation community.

For this milestone, I’m especially excited to share an aircraft that has fascinated me ever since watching Top Gun: the legendary A-4 Skyhawk. After missing it so many times, I can finally say: it’s in the pocket! 📸✈️

Capturing this aircraft feels like the perfect way to celebrate this achievement, and I’m proud to share these images with all of you.

A huge thank you to every single follower for your support, likes, comments, and encouragement throughout this journey. This account would not be what it is today without you.

Now let’s make this airshow season one to remember. I can’t wait to see what incredible aviation moments are still ahead of us!
