I really enjoy when my clients get to see their final products and this week I had a very happy client say how much she enjoyed her photography experience from start to finish. I feel so privileged to be doing a job I love and capturing these moments I know people will cherish forever. To hear how much my families enjoy themselves, really does mean the world to me!!

I’m so proud of my little girl who took part in her first friendly game today. The whole team was AMAZING and the support they gave to one another was lovely to see.
Their coach is awesome so if you have any girls who would like to join a football team, then get in touch with Georgia Clifford at Fairford Town Academy for more info 😉

🎄🎅🏻🎁 Feeling Festive! 🎁 🎅🏻🎄

It’s the 1st December so I can officially start talking about my favourite time of the year…. CHRISTMAS!!!! The decorations are already up in our hours and spent an evening enjoying the twinkling lights in front of a lovely open fire.

I’m currently at this Autumn Plant Swap and enjoying looking around at all the selection of plants. My little girl is loving the craft area… and the scones on offer of course!!

🏃🏽‍♂️👟 Unexpected 10k Run 😂🙈

I wanted to get back into running this year so earlier in 2023 I signed up to a 10k in the wonderful thinking this was a perfect location for a run (which is was by the way) and giving me a race to train for would be good motivation to get me out running. Unfortunately I kinda forgot until this week. Now I’ve not been feeling great with back to back bugs and still got a cough that I can’t shift so that with the heat would have been a perfect “reason”/excuse to pull out. But with the encouragement of my girls being confident I could do the run, with no training whatsoever, gave me the confidence to give it a go. I’m so proud that I pushed myself to do it and feel I’ve achieved something good today 😁

My highlight of the race? Seeing my little girls face as I approached the finish line running towards me to grab my hand and help me finish the race with a sprint. It melted my heart and so we both had the treat of an after race ice cream 🍦🍦🍦

I had the pleasure of capturing a group of awesome people enjoying the sunshine in a picturesque location this afternoon. I’m so glad that the weather turned so sunny for them as they deserved a wonderful day celebrating. I don’t know how but I always seem to attract the loveliest clients which stops my job feeling like a job. I have such a passion for capturing special moments like this and seem to have a knack for making everyone feel at ease. Had some super compliments from the guests too which always makes me think I’m doing something right 😂
Amazing catering from too with such friendly staff!!

It's been another amazing Fairford Festival last weekend! I have been their official photographer since I moved to Fairford and it just gets better and better every year!!

This wonderful event would not happen without the awesome festival crew who give up their time for free not only during the festival itself but also the hours they devote beforehand. I feel extremely lucky to be part of a great community in Fairford and proud to help capture just a little bit of how fun this community event is.

Did you attend this year? What was your favourite bit? Why not tell your friends about it and invite them over next year. Remember that all money raised is either to cover the expenses of the festival itself or towards the donation they make to the Town Council charity every year.

Are you ready for the Fairford Festival??
It’s already begun with the outdoor cinema starting at 6pm with Top Gun. Such a lovely evening, it’s just perfect to get down there. Maverick starts at 8pm if it’s still too early for you 😉
Only £3 each and remember that the festival is non profit so that all goes back into the festival and community.

Be sure to get down to the Firefighters of Fairford charity car wash today going until midday. Get your car clean and help them raise money for a good cause!!!

We’ve just had a very naughty treat at todays special charity event for Macmillan Cancer Support and Starfish Dog Rescue at The Coffee Post.
Get down there before they close at 2 as all charity cakes are free of calories
It’s cash only but you can do a cash withdrawal from the post office
