I like a weddings where people are actually present.

- Not being pulled around all day.
- Not overthinking every photo.
- Not feeling like they’re on show.

A bit of guidance when needed, of course. But mostly just letting things happen the way they happen.

That’s usually where the good stuff is.

- The moments that feel honest.
- The photos that still look like you.

First wedding of the year.�

Kicked things off at Bedruthan Steps Hotel on the North Cornwall coast with Steff & Jan. ��A couple who did the day completely their own way. No fuss, no forced traditions, just good people, sea views, a ball pool, and a dancefloor that started early.

A bit of wind, the first sunshine in three months, and the Atlantic doing its thing in the background. Exactly how a Cornish wedding should feel.

My approach is relaxed, documentary-led, and rooted in real emotion, so your wedding photos don’t look like a photoshoot. They look like your day.

‘We’re awkward in front of the camera’

PERFECT, YOU’RE MY KIND OF PEOPLE!

You don’t need to know how to pose, that’s my job. My job is to make you feel comfortable, keep things natural, and capture you as you actually are.

I always recommend planning about 20 minutes for your couple photos. Not for stiff poses, but for a breather, a wander, a laugh, and a moment that’s just yours.

Most couples end up saying it’s one of their favourite parts of the day. And it’s probably the only time of the day that you’ll spend alone together!

No pressure. No modelling. Just the two of you, a little direction, and a whole lot of real connection.

Golden hour? I’m absolutely dragging you back out.
