Today I will be filming the wedding of Lily & Ben at the Queens Hotel, Portsmouth.

Although it has been a while since I posted on here, we are still going strong with Joe filming a number of weddings this year - particularly in the Autumn period!
I have been the fortunate one to edit his amazing filming and I continue to be thankful for such an incredible videographer and all round person filming for us. 👏👏👏

It’s been a tough year and everywhere you read there is the reminder of what an impact this virus has had on absolutely everyone. I am just trying to tie up one or two bits for one or two couples and enjoying being back thinking weddings again..

I want to be positive. I haven’t posted on here for a number of months but in the last few days bookings have definitely been increasing for us at JR Video!

Today, Kerry and Adam booked us for 2023 and this is fantastic news. Kirsty and Mark Robbins (pictured with me here) are a joy to work with and we have done many times before. We worked at Kerry’s sisters wedding in May 2017 and now (keep up with me here!) we will be working at Kerry and Adam’s wedding at the same location as where my wife and my reception was in 2007. And our photographers were....

Today we should have been filming Georgia & Joe’s big day and feeling the excitement with them following an awful lot of planning by them no doubt. The recent virus has meant it has been postponed.

We are determined to breed positivity though and whenever the new date is set we work just as hard to make it a day they can remember with an awesome video!

In the meantime Georgia and Joe we’re thinking of you and hoping you still enjoy today, no matter what it brings!! 🌟

Congratulations to the absolutely wonderful Terri-Anne Thomas and Stephen Thomas whose wedding we had the fortune of filming yesterday at a beautiful location.

Kate and the team did an amazing job at the venue and contributed to an incredible day, as did being around the cool, calm hair and make up artists who looked after the beautiful bride all day.

Finally, what a pleasure it was to work alongside the fantastic Mark & Kirsty Robbins again. Kirsty deserves particular praise for putting up with my magic tricks to the young guests!! 🎥👰🏼🤵
